# How to get TPower

Go to the Dashboard page by clicking the Dashboard menu on the Navigation Bar. On the dashboard, you will see the staking section. To start staking, you will only need to put the desired TKO amount to be staked.

Once successful, the current Total TPower & Total TKO staked will show on the dashboard. \
You can still unlock your TKO after being staked, however, it needs 7 days until you can unlock your staked TKO, from the first day you started staking. After unlocking, you will also need 7 days to be able to claim back your TKO to your wallet.

Investors will be able to see the countdown on the Unlock or the Claim button later on, so they will be able to know when roughly they will be able to Unlock or Claim their TKO token.
